BACOLOD DELICACIES-PIYAYA

Piaya is a native delicacy of bacolod-Negros. It is a flat bread with mascovado (raw) sugar filling, flaky in texture just like hopia. Commonly bought as pasalubong by tourists... from Visayas Region.
